Returns & Shipping
All orders are shipped via courier with Courier Post and are tracked to your door. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery.
Once your order has been processed you will receive tracking information via email with your order details.
We process orders for delivery within our opening hours, which are 10am to 4pm Monday-Friday. If an order is placed on a Friday or during the weekend, your order will be processed on the following Monday.
We aim to ship your order within 2 working days of your order being placed.
Your shipping address can be a physical address or a PO Box.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $10.00 per order for a standard urban delivery address and a flat shipping rate of $14 for all rural delivery addresses.
You may pay for your order via credit card or by bank transfer (direct debit). If your purchase is via bank transfer, this must be made within 3 business days or your order will be cancelled and items returned to stock. We do not ship until payment is made in full.
At MUSE Design Store we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can either exchange, allocate a store credit or refund the purchase price.
All refunds are via bank deposit and will be credited as soon as goods are received and checked by MUSE Design Store.
All products are checked before being sent but if for some reason you receive your order and find a fault with it please contact us as soon as possible by email to arrange the return. MUSE Design Store will pay for the cost of the return of faulty goods.
Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable unless goods are faulty. You must contact us via email before shipping your returns to us.

Goods must be returned in the original state that they were sent to you, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging.
Clothing must be returned with original tags. If you need to exchange an item of clothing and it is not available in the size/colour required you can choose to have a store credit or a full refund of the purchase price (shipping excluded) via bank deposit.
Vintage items will be as descriptive as possible and are not subject to the same warranty as ‘new’ goods. Returns are at the discretion of MUSE.
All ‘SALE’ items are non-returnable unless the product is faulty. ‘SALE’ items are deemed end of lines or end of the season. Storewide or Flash sales (where a storewide discount or coupon code is available) are not included in this clause, items purchased using an allocated coupon code can be returned or exchanged.
MUSE Design Store will observe your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act regarding faulty goods.
If your purchase is a gift and you would like us to include a gift exchange card, please let us know at the checkout in the notes section.
Gift Vouchers are a physical copy beautifully presented sent to you or your recipient via courier.
If you have been lucky enough to have received a MUSE voucher this can be redeemed in-store and online within 12 months from the purchase date.
Each voucher has a unique code for identification. Please use this code at the Checkout when shopping online to apply the balance of your voucher.
If the voucher is not used in its entirety a store credit will be automatically applied to your account for the remaining balance for you to use at your convenience but within the original 12-month time frame. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
If you misplace your voucher please get in touch with us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure you are still able to redeem the amount owed. Enjoy!
