I loved an item that was on the store but it’s not there now, where did it go?

It may have been a bespoke piece or no longer available but please get in touch and we will see if we can help.

My purchase is a gift, do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we offer complimentary gift wrapping on all purchases, you can select this option at the checkout. Please write your gift message in the order notes. 

 

Should you require a gift-exchange receipt, please select this option at the checkout.

My order doesn’t fit/isn’t what I expected, how can I return this?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, in the first instance, please view our Returns page here

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes you can purchase gift vouchers from our website in either $50, $100 or $200 amounts. For a specific amount, please get in touch.

Can I have my order delivered to a P.O Box?

All orders are sent via Courier Post and can be delivered to a P.O Box, please enter your desired delivery address at the checkout.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we have a Click and Collect option available for local orders.

How much is delivery?

We charge a flat rate of $10 per order for nationwide urban deliveries. For rural deliveries, these are at a flat rate of $14 per order. 

What ways can I pay for my order?

Muse accepts bank deposit or credit card payments via Stripe, these are kept secure throughout the checkout process.

Do you offer lay by or something similar?

At the moment, we do Layby in-store only at this stage, we hope to extend this to our online customers in the future.
